Abrasive sheets 3M™ Trizact™ 307EA

3M™ Trizact™ 307EA sheets are based on 3M™ Microreplication Technology: micron-sized aluminum oxide particles are bonded to an X-weight canvas backing for consistent cutting and finishing. Our discs have a grinding aid to prevent heating, distortion and discoloration of parts.

Recommended for semi-finishing and finishing applications at medium and low pressure and soft strand. Materials worked: Titanium, stainless steel, nickel alloys, chrome. Trizact™ technology, finely calibrated pyramidal abrasive microstructures, guaranteeing a unique finish consistency and long life of the band.

Our Trizact ™ abrasives guarantee a finer finish, faster results and up to five times longer life than conventional abrasives. They guarantee precise finishing control, allowing operators to reduce the number of abrasive sequences and thus the process steps, also impacting the amount of abrasive products used.
